Privacy Policy
LiteAIO (“we”, “the service”) is a hosted configuration and addon host for Stremio and Nuvio. This page describes what we collect, how we use it, and how you can delete your account.
What we collect
- Account — username, a hashed password, optional email, and sign-in session data.
- Configuration — catalog choices, scraper settings, poster options, filters, and similar addon settings you save.
- Secrets you provide — debrid keys, MDBList / RPDB / TMDB keys, IPTV credentials, and MyAnimeList tokens. These are stored securely (encrypted at rest) and used only to run the services you connect.
- Usage metrics — daily counts of stream, catalog, and IPTV requests (for operations and plan features), not a history of what you watched.
- Billing — plan status, trial dates, and (if you subscribe) subscription identifiers from Whop. Card details are handled by Whop, not stored by LiteAIO as full card numbers.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We are not an IPTV provider and do not supply live TV content.
- Your Stremio/Nuvio install URL is a random token; it is not meant to include your API keys in the link itself.
Cookies and sessions
We use a secure session cookie (and, if needed, a same-origin session token) so you stay signed in. Sessions expire; you can sign out anytime.
Third parties
- Hosting — infrastructure used to run the LiteAIO service.
- Whop — paid Premium checkout and subscription billing (only if you subscribe).
- Email provider — service email when mail is enabled (see below).
- Services you connect — debrid providers, scrapers, MDBList, TMDB, RPDB, IPTV providers, MyAnimeList, and similar. Their privacy policies apply to data you send them with keys or credentials you provide.
How we use email
Email is optional. Product updates and billing notices are opt-in only — we will not send those unless you turn them on.
- Account security — password reset and similar recovery messages (available whenever an email is on file).
- Product updates — only if you opt in (feature and service notices).
- Billing changes — only if you opt in (trial, plan, or payment-related notices).
We do not sell your email. You can clear it or change opt-ins anytime under Dashboard → Account → Email notifications.
Trials
Free Premium trials (no card) are limited to once per account. We store when a trial starts and ends so that limit can be enforced.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account is open. You can delete your account from Dashboard → Account (password and confirmation required). That removes your account, sessions, configs, profiles, IPTV sources, usage records, and related data from LiteAIO. Addon install URLs stop working immediately.
Operational backups may hold a copy for a short period before they rotate out. If you paid through Whop, Whop may keep billing records under its own policies.
Security
Passwords are hashed. Sensitive keys and credentials are encrypted at rest. Traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — treat your password and install URL carefully. More detail is on our Security page.
